21 Days of Prayer and Fasting

Consecration through prayer, fasting, and study of God’s Word is one of the most powerful spiritual combinations in the arsenal of the Believer. Fasting, like prayer, is a very important part of the Christian life. Genuine fasting brings humility and alignment with God. It breaks the power of the flesh and destroys demonic strongholds. Fasting defeats unbelief and increases the level of our faith. There is supernatural power released when we fast because fasting puts us into divine alignment with our Almighty God and helps us to walk in His power. When we sacrifice unto the Lord during times of prayer and fasting it pleases God, touches His heart, and opens His hand.

• No meat, No sweets, No fried foods, No soda, No coffee
